Dosage / Treatment Instructions
Activate by pressing, lifting, and rotating the handles around the elbow area for 5–10 minutes. Start with the top handles, continue with the middle handles, and finish with the lower handles. Reverse this order, moving from bottom to top. Conclude by pressing and lifting the handle in the supraclavicular area 15–20 times.
Repeat treatment every 3–4 hours.
6D Tape handle tape removal: the recommended time to keep the tape on the skin is 3–10 days.

The patented acrylic adhesive on 6D Tape handle tape adheres well and is hypoallergenic. Latex-free.
Material
The base material of 6D Tape handle tape is unique, skin-friendly kinesiology tape, made of 98% cotton. The base is flexible, and the handle material is non-stretch. Both the tape and handles are breathable and waterproof.
Notes:
Contraindications for 6D Tape therapy include acute infection, blood clots, and ongoing treatment for malignant tumors. Stop 6D Tape therapy immediately if symptoms like itching or skin irritation occur. Stretching the tape when applying it is a common cause of skin irritation or other unwanted reactions. Do not apply the tape to damaged or irritated skin or over wounds. Use only for the intended purpose. The ideal temperature for applying 6D Tape handle tape is 20–30°C. Tape color may differ from the images on packaging and brochures.
Storage:
Store tape at 5–30°C. Avoid direct sunlight. Cannot be reused once removed from skin. Keep out of reach of children.

Six-dimensional tissue mobilization with 6D Tape handle tape
6D Tape handle tape is designed to enable tissue mobilization in six different directions: forward, sideways, and upward along the x, y, and z axes, as well as rotational movements around each axis. Tissue mobilization positively impacts lymphatic flow, blood circulation, fascia, scar tissue, muscles, and joints. The up-and-down movement of tissue activation with the handles promotes tissue metabolism and fluid flow.
6D Tape has CE marking as a Class 1 medical device in Europe, in accordance with the Medical Device Directive MDD 93 / 42 / EEC.
