Returns Policy

We and the manufacturers take great care in advising you of the size you require. As the majority of the goods/garments on this website are medical products, please take extra care and attention when choosing your size. Every product has a size chart to refer to, which is unique to that particular product, so we recommend that these are adhered to, as these are the manufacturers sizing guides. As long as you measure yourself correctly and you have ordered the correct size, the hosiery will fit you. We cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect sizing you have selected.

Hosiery and medical garments cannot be returned once they are tried on or worn owing to both the delicate nature of the fabrics, and for health and hygiene reasons. We are not obliged to refund or exchange goods that have been returned to us.

An item is only eligible for return if it is the same condition in which it was delivered. It is essential that goods are checked upon receipt as we are unable to accept returns after a period of 30 calendar days has elapsed. 

Please note that every returned item/garment is carefully inspected and we will know if the above policy has not been adhered to. Under such circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the items will be posted back to you.

If the item to be returned is faulty, it must be returned within 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated. If the faulty item has been tried on or worn, it must be laundered before returning to us.

We are unable to refund or replace until the original item has been received at our warehouse. Please be aware that you are liable to pay the returns postal charge unless the item is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


How do I return items?

If there is a fault with the goods ordered, please contact us at sales@sieden.co.uk detailing your order and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

If a fault is found, refunds will be credited back onto your credit/debit card or Paypal. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that we are unable to refund postage and packing unless the goods are faulty.


Can I return batik and special colours?

Trend, Dip Dye, Fashion and Batik colours are made-to-order so we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Can I exchange items bought online?

Exchanges cannot be made for items purchased via our website. Please refer to our Returns Policy.


How long will it take for you to refund me?

Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for a refund to be completed.


Do I have to pay for the return postage?

Unless the item is faulty, postage costs will be paid by you.


Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?

Unless the item is faulty, delivery charges are non-refundable.


What do I do if you have refunded me the wrong amount?

How can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order at any point from placing the order up to fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day after delivery of the product(s) to you. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please e-mail at sales@sieden.co.uk. If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your products has taken place, though your order will have been cancelled, the delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 60 minutes of order). In this scenario, we will write to you.
