Returns Policy

An item is only eligible for return if it is the same condition in which it was delivered. It is essential that you check your goods upon receipt to ensure they match the items that was ordered, as we are unable to accept returns after a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product(s) to you. Due to health & hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or provide a refund if the item has been tried on or worn.

If a genuine mistake has been made in the dispatch of your goods and they are returned in the original packaging unworn, we will exchange your item or send a refund to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the item to be returned is faulty, it must be returned within 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated. If the faulty item has been tried on or worn, it must be laundered before returning to us.

If a product needs to be returned and is not faulty then it must be returned within 14 calendar days. Due to health & hygiene reasons, the item must not have been worn or tried on and where possible, returned in its original packaging.

We are unable to refund or replace until the original item has been received at our warehouse. Please be aware that you are liable to pay the returns postal charge unless the item is faulty.

How do I return items bought online?

You may return your purchase to us providing that it is in the same condition, is in the original packaging and has not been worn. Please send it to:

Please ask for a free Certificate of Posting at the Post Office as proof of posting which will help us trace any parcel that may go astray.

Returns will be credited back to your credit/debit card on receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that we are unable to refund postage and packing unless the goods are faulty.

Can I exchange items bought online?

Exchanges cannot be made for items purchased via our website. In this instance please place a new order online, returning the unwanted unworn item for credit. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

How long will it take for you to refund me?

Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for a refund to be completed.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?

Unless the item is faulty, postage costs will be paid by you.

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?

Unless the item is faulty, delivery charges are non-refundable.

How can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order at any point from placing the order up to fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day after delivery of the product(s) to you. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please either e-mail or telephone our Customer Services Team via our contact us page. If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your products, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 60 minutes of order). Please refuse any delivery of cancelled products or return them to us following the above returns procedure.
